1. Covered material

This license applies only to original code and documentation in the Radar Studio
Chromebook project that Chris Kalkowski (the "Licensor") has authority to license
(the "Covered Material"). It grants rights only to the extent the Licensor holds
those rights.

Texas Instruments software, firmware, SDKs, documentation, and other third-party
materials are excluded. Files or components with separate license notices remain
subject to their own licenses. This license does not replace those licenses or
grant rights in third-party materials.

2. Permitted use and modification

Subject to this license, you may use, copy, and modify the Covered Material for
personal use, teaching, and internal business use. Teaching may be paid or unpaid.
A business may use the Covered Material as an internal tool in its ordinary
commercial activities. Earning income from activities in which the Covered
Material is used as a tool does not, by itself, violate this license.

3. Free redistribution

You may distribute the Covered Material and modified versions without charge,
provided that you retain this license and existing copyright and attribution
notices. You must clearly identify modified versions as modified. The permissions
and restrictions in this license continue to apply to the Covered Material in
those versions. You may not remove these restrictions by applying another license
to the Covered Material.

4. No resale or paid access

Without separate written permission from the applicable rights holder, you may
not:

(a) sell, rent, or commercially sublicense the Covered Material or modified
    versions;
(b) incorporate or distribute the Covered Material or modified versions as part
    of a product or bundle offered for payment, including a paid software product
    or a paid hardware-and-software bundle; or
(c) charge for access to the Covered Material or modified versions, including
    through a hosted service, subscription, premium version, or paid feature of
    another product or service.

The paid-teaching permission allows charging for instruction, including when
free copies are provided to students under section 3. It does not allow selling
the Covered Material, charging separately for copies or software access, or
offering paid software access as a product under the label of teaching.

These restrictions concern the Covered Material and modified versions, not
independently created output merely produced using them as a tool.

5. Other rights

Uses outside the permissions above require separate permission from the
applicable rights holder. This license does not restrict rights you have
independently under applicable law. No trademark rights are granted.

6. No warranty or liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Covered Material is supplied
"as is," without any warranty, express or implied, including warranties of
merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and noninfringement. To the
extent permitted by applicable law, the Licensor is not liable for any claim,
damage, or other liability arising from the Covered Material or its use.

This is a source-available license with restrictions on resale and paid access.
It is not an OSI-approved open-source license.
