# License coverage by version

Effective 2026-10-10, the licensor offers the original code and documentation they have authority to license in **Radar Studio Chromebook v0.1, v0.2, and subsequent versions unless a later version carries a different explicit notice**, under the [Radar Studio Chromebook Source-Available No-Resale License](LICENSE), Version 1.0.

This is a current grant covering that original material in the earlier versions, not a claim that the historical ZIPs already contained this license. The original v0.1/v0.2 tags, ZIP contents and checksums remain unchanged. Their packaging-time statements that no license had yet been selected describe the status when those archives were made; consult this notice and LICENSE for the current offer.

Texas Instruments software, firmware, SDKs, documentation and other third-party material are excluded. Separate notices remain controlling for their covered material. Rights are granted only to the extent the licensor has authority to grant them.

Nothing in this notice cancels or restricts rights independently held under a prior grant or applicable law. It does not assert ownership over third-party or independently contributed material.
